today’s juice: 3 carrots, 2 apples, 1/2 inch ginger, and a handful of kale
I get asked all the time how I stay on track. whether you have free time daily or your schedule is jam packed, you find the time to set yourself up for success. I like to prepare on weekends so during the week, I can pack a lunch or grab food faster than when I decide what to make while I’m hungry.
